As from 31st December 2012 it will be compulsory for all Gas Engineers to see and inspect flues.
Many of our LandLords request that tenants have reference & credit check - for this we charge a small administration fee of £50. This charge is a one off charge and if your desired property is let before your check has come through, the reference check is valid for 6 months and is transferable between any of our properties.
If you know your credit history will not be adequate, then a gurantor would need to sign the tenancy agreement - or you would need to select one of our participating Landlords that participate in our No Deposit Scheme.
