Full Maintenance Service (fully managed scheme only)
Local lets has its own maintenance team that will investigate any faults reported at your property, and where applicable will instruct our maintenance team to carry out repairs quickly. Local Lets as the managing agent shall administer day to day repairs. Where major works are necessary, for example roofing, replacement boiler or re-decoration an estimates from multiple contractors shall be obtained and your Landlord shall be contacted for approval.
